Architectural Decisions

• Implemented NetSuite workflows for automation.

• Implemented Celigo for general data sync and integration tasks.

Challenges

• Replacing legacy processes within the NetSuite environment.

• ETL data migration from legacy systems.
• When transferring data from legacy accounting software, we completely changed the account number structure. This required significant data transformation and mapping to fit the new structure in NetSuite, while ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the migration process.

Outcomes

• Migrated legacy data into NetSuite through Import and custom scripts using NetSuite's REST API and Celigo.
• Architected implementation of custom properties to support legacy data retention and new processes.
• Automated key business processes using NetSuite workflows.
• Integrated NetSuite with other internal systems via workflows and REST API, talking to internal APIs and Azure Functions.
• Trained internal users on NetSuite administrative tasks and processes.
